I will never stay here again. Here are the reasons (we have todlers) - elevators were broken so we had to carry heavy strollers and baggage up stairs. - pool and beach access not available but they didn't tell us -they are doing construction at 8am daily and it is super loud. They are shaping the side walls on the building to have texture and it woke my kids up every day. Great start to the day... -it stinks. There is black mold on the doors in the stairwell -they have no activities like other hotels -it smells in the hallways like wet carpet bc of the mold -no staff at desk in building 2 -1 of the 2 grills didn't work -had to walk 2 blocks with kids and a stroller for the beach and the alternative to the pool being broke was for us to drive 40 min away to use another facility. -didn't have basic kitchen ware like cooking sheets. We were told to go to the dollar tree.

Loved our stay!! Wonderful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly. Nice but yet still quiet place. Not overcrowded.

This hotel exceeded expectations!! Me and my sister got a 2 queen bed room and didn’t realize we were getting 2 separate rooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, AND living room. Parking was extremely safe and easy to follow with a security guard letting you in after parking closes. The view on the beachfront is also to die for, and for the price and rooms you’re getting with it, this place is more than worth it! Everything was clean, stocked, they had a gym and sauna. only the construction was what made me put 4 stars cause you have to walk past 2 hotels to get to the beach but it wasn’t a big deal.

This is a timeshare. Was disappointed no pool/spa since last year's hurricane but these people are so so nice. Love the location.

It was dirty with hair in the bathrooms and wasn’t swept much!! No pool because of the storms and no beach access!! You had to walk past a couple condos to get to beach inconvenience especially when one is disabled!! Made very hard!! We won’t go back don’t waste your money!! Everything else was good , if we had known no pool or beach access we wouldn’t have went!! They were not working to hard on it..

Very nice comfortable clean very pleased with our stay they are working to get the swimming pool and hot tub back in service after the hurricane other than that no concerns whatsoever
